Employees, customers and suppliers are all involved, and can testify to a brand's commitment as well as suggesting improvements.

Ces référentiels soutiennent , c’est-à-dire imposant des contraintes réglementaires fortes, impliquant une plus grande diversité de parties prenantes et un reporting soumis à vérification par un Organisme Tiers Indépendant.

The core of the business model is studied: the goods and/or services around which the company's offer is built.
We also observe the identification and management of risks within the organization. The aim is to suggest possible evolutions for a more responsible business model, by adapting the offer to current social and environmental issues.
The governance pillar assesses the way in which the company and its hierarchy are organized. Diversity and parity within the company's management structures are at the heart of this pillar.
We observe how the value created by the company is shared with its entire ecosystem. Overall, the integration of CSR into decision-making is a major focus of this pillar.
The social pillar brings together all the elements integrated into the human resources policy of the company. It covers remuneration, training (on topics specific to the business, but also on key social and environmental issues) and career management.
The social pillar also relies heavily on the quality of the working environment offered by the organization, and therefore on the well-being of the teams. Finally, issues of equality, diversity and inclusion are addressed in this pillar.
The environmental pillar of the label is essentially based on the company's consumption of resources. These include raw materials and energy consumed directly or indirectly by the business and its employees in the execution of their activities.
Climate commitment (GHG emissions), the impact on biodiversity and land artificialisation are therefore key issues. The main areas for action are therefore transport (towards soft mobility), responsible digital technology and carbon commitment.
The societal pillar covers issues related to the company's impact on society and the local environment. Sustainable procurement policy (in favor of small businesses, local employment and local consumption) is at the heart of this topic.
Sustainable communication is a key element, as is dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. Solidarity, partnership and sponsorship actions and commitments are also highlighted in this pillar.

FAQs
There is only one other generalist certification: the American B Corp label. What makes Positive Company® unique is that we interview stakeholders, because we are convinced that a simple assessment based solely on documentary evidence is not enough to prove an organisation's commitment. Finally, the process is fast, typically 2-3 months, and affordable even for small organisations.
The entire program is spread over a maximum of 3 months. The project is managed by Positive Company® and the methodology is designed to keep working hours to a manageable level. Depending on the size of the company and the capacity of the teams to aggregate data and documents, you will need between 3 and 9 FTE days.
Once the certification has been awarded, an official document is issued, valid for a maximum of 18 months. It must be renewed between 12 and 18 months at the latest after the date on which it was first obtained, for a further 18 months.
